BRAE Therapi offers a comprehensive range of services, including behavior therapy, school facilitation, corrective behavior, vocational training, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and therapist placement services for special needs children on vacation with their parents or while their parents are on vacation. Additionally, the company posts therapists abroad for intervention.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
• Supervise members of the staff both at the Centre and the field (full and part-time staff), equally delegate responsibilities to improve performance.
• Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
• Manage agendas, and appointments for upper management. Organize and schedule staff meetings (staff meeting, prospective parent meeting, ‘parent-therapist conference) and company events seminal, training etcetera.
• General office management such as ordering stationery.
• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence. Dealing with email inquiries, phone calls inquiries, massage enquires and physical inquiries
• Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data. Keep records, reports up to date and Taking minutes
