Job Summary

• A warm and loving family based in Lagos State is seeking a professional, experienced, and compassionate Live-In Nanny to care for their school-age children.
• The ideal candidate should be nurturing, dedicated, and highly responsible, with a genuine passion for child development and wellbeing.
• Prior experience working in a live-in nanny role and providing support for school-age children is essential

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision to school-age children in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Assist with daily routines, including waking up, preparing for school, meals, homework supervision, and bedtime routines.
• Plan age-appropriate educational and recreational activities to support the child’s mental, emotional, and physical development.
• Escort children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and other scheduled appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in the children’s play and study areas.
• Support the development of good manners, routines, and positive behavior.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with the parents about the children’s progress, needs, and wellbeing.
• Provide emotional support and stability, especially during moments of distress, discipline, or change.
• Work cooperatively with other household staff to ensure a harmonious and efficient household.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a live-in nanny, preferably with school-age children.
• Proven ability to manage daily routines, homework, and discipline in a respectful and effective manner.
• Warm, empathetic, patient, and genuinely passionate about working with children.
• Professional in conduct and appearance, with a high level of discretion and integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to a live-in arrangement and adjust to the family’s schedule and needs.
• Trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable.
• Basic knowledge of first aid or emergency care is an added advantage.
• Good command of English (spoken and writren).

• Salary: N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
