We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Specialized in Equipment Electrical)
Location: Minna, Niger
Job Type: full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation of electrical parts of mechanical equipment (such as motors, drives, control cabinets), complete line laying, grounding protection, etc.
- Regular inspection of electrical components of machinery and equipment (e.g. relays, frequency converters, servo systems), preventive maintenance.
- Reduce downtime by quickly diagnosing faults (e.g., circuit shorts, signal interference, program errors).
- Train operators in the proper use of equipment and improve team skills.
- Coordinate the compatibility of mechanical structures and electrical systems to ensure the efficiency and safety of equipment operation.
Qualifications
- More than 3 years experience as an equipment electrician, such as various earthmoving vehicles, ballast production equipment, etc.
- For faulty equipment, the fault point can
- be quickly identified and repaired.
- Excellent communicative, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Holders of equipment electrician related skills certificate are preferred.
Salary
Negotiable and based on experience and skill set.
