DWDM Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily maintenance and inspection of equipment, formulating daily inspection plans to ensure stable operation of equipment
- Responsible for problem localisation and analysis of Nokia DWDM and emergency fault handling (fibre interruption, board crash), providing 7*24-hour technical support to ensure MTTR
- Responsible for routine upgrades and network evaluation of Nokia DWDM equipment, identifying network risks
- Responsible for team skills training for Nokia DWDM, enhancing team maintenance capabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 10 years work experience.
- Proficient in DWDM/OTN principles, familiar with Nokia PSS and other wavelength division equipment architecture and operations, experience in Nokia DWDM maintenance is preferred
- Good English writing and communication skills
- Teamwork awareness, good communication and coordination skills, and sensitivity to issues.
