Description
- Prepare and serve a wide range of local and continental dishes, ensuring food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals as per standard recipes.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene compliance.
- Monitor inventory and assist in stock management.
- Maintain food safety and quality standards.
Requirements
Education / Experience:
- Minimum of FSLC, SSCE.
- Culinary certification is a plus.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Strong cooking and kitchen management skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork.
