Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site Associate role at UBA Group located in Ilesa.
• As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various banking services, assisting with customer inquiries, and working on financial transactions.
• Daily tasks include collaborating with team members, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of banking operations and financial products
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software is a plus
